Finishing stuff!
YUS YUS YUS! Yah I know I've done several comics about art lately, but that really has been my drive of the past while. And just today, I've finished several really long-running projects, one of which has been pending since 2022, that Kabutroid figurine!!! Don't worry, we have several Abby tinkerbell figurines already ^_^ . So after having finally received my new paints, I was finally able to better paint all the tattoos on Kabutroid. A lot of the paint on the main part of the body is just discount-store paint, the head and teeth (the brown I bought specifically for this), but for the tiny detailed stuff I wanted a better model paint, and my ten year old paints just weren't cutting it.
Also with the coming of said paint, we finished the Teeth of Dahlver-Nar, a project that's been pending since January! So we were finally able to polish THAT one off as well, and wow does it feel glorious to have this one done. Go on, click on the bag in the comic to pull a tooth :D . But yes, with the completion of this, we have finished taking pics for all of the many things draws, though I may still add in the 4e decks of many things, once I can track down the DMG for 4e easily. Though on that note, I still have to finish the box of many things, which HAS gotten further to be fair, and is more or less next in line to be worked on with the completion of these several projects. I've gotten veneer, contact cement spray, and it's just been set to the side while these other things were being finished up. So just a handful more 'many things' related draws to add (wow I got hooked on those lol), and I'll have collected every single one that I can find, from the common to the obscure to the extremely obscure lol.
Where was I, I got lost in the art lol. Kabutroid figurine! Dahlver-Nar! Fun stuff! Carving and stuff to come as well, see this comic text for details! And yeah, it's wonderful to finally be finishing things. There's already several more dragons added to the dragon page, with more on the way. And the art continues to roll :D :D :D
