Wow. It's been FOREVER since I've logged a Conquista Del Mundo cache. Then again, I've found pretty much everything vaguely close to me, and have found the lion's-share of them as a whole. As well, this appears to be the single only remaining Conquista cache in my Dani-Radius... inside of which I imagine it's been dwelling since I moved to here ToungeOut.

But... a Conquistaing I will go. Yes, that's a word now ToungeOut. I had just finished 'Ice Cube's First' cache, and noticed that this one was nearby. Despite the annoyance at the last cache about the Maple Leaf plant's smell at the last cache, I was pleasantly surprised to smell absolutely nothing of the sort at THIS one BigSmile. I guess the wind must have been going Southeast or something today. In either case, it was definitely a joy to be at this location at the moment Smile. We (my wife was with me for the road-trip geocaching today) were able to find parking for this one quite close to the coordinates. About 80 meters away, anyway. Hopping out of the car, I headed over.

I saw what had to be the cache's hiding area, and immediately was a bit worried. There could potentially be a fair amount of places for it to hide in there. Once I got there, I noticed the foliage was kinda... solid. As in it REALLY didn't want to move in the slightest if I tried to push it out of the way to look around. At least that eased my mind a bit... because it was now highly unlikely (in my mind, at least) that I'd have to fight my way through to the center of it. And I'm quite glad I didn't have to... since I was wearing one of my favourite pairs of pants. Last thing I need is for them to be shredded ToungeOut.

Thankfully, the cache was in the second place I looked Smile. Actually, opening the container managed to be more difficult than finding it to begin with ToungeOut. However, once I got things aligned to open, I was able to pull out the logbook.

Wow... looks like a lot of people have signed this fella! Well... according to the cache page, 55 anyway. Figuring out where the most recent other entries were, I added my name to the bottom of the list, and closed it up again. Not before a micromail ball found its way inside, of course. Replacing the cache back again, I headed back to the car, triumphant BigSmile.

Thanks for the cache! I jotted down the number at the top of the logbook, but looking into it a bit further, I can't seem to find any cache labelled as "Asian Continent", either by searching all caches by waypoint name, or even in the owner's list of placed caches. The latter method even shows caches previously archived, so I'm a bit confused. Was the 'final' for Asian Continent never placed, or is it under another name or something?

Well, in either case, I jotted down the number, and have it for future reference. Actually... looking around a bit more, I think I may have found a few other caches of the 'Asian Continent' series, but either completely forgot to jot down the number associated with them, or have since lost it... seeing as it's been over a year since I found them, apparently. Ah well... should the Asian Continent final show up, I can always revisit them as needed Smile.

Took: Nothing
