Gnorman the gnome, distant cousin of Gnarly ( Gnarly Gnome’s Hidden Home ), is in seventh Heaven. He recently purchased Eric The Ent ‘s old property in the forest. While hunting for some food, up through the ground came – Diamonds! Gnorman quickly hired an experienced crew of Dwarves (6 to be exact – Grumpy was busy elsewhere, ( THE OLD GRUMPY CACHE).

As Grumpy was not one of the miners, they worked happily, whistling and singing all day long, which made Gnorman go gnuts. So he only trudges down to the mine once a day, walking 324 gnome steps (Not that far as a gnome only walks 1” a step) SSE and then returning to his palatial palace.

He would love you to visit his mine, but as he is also the Safety Inspector you need to sign in his log book before proceeding to the mine. The Cache is the log book in the hands of Gnorman and the mine is NOT the cache. If you decide to hire away one of his happy workers, he only asks that you replace him with another worker of equal efficiency.

And this would be the last of the foresty caches of the day for me. Had to leave for work shortly after finding this one. I've actually been really wanting to find this one, specifically because of the name. Curiousity has been getting the best of me on this one for quite a while now ToungeOut. Actually when I was approaching, I was a little worried it'd make me late for work, but in the end, I was able to find it. Didn't take me long to find Gnorman. Quite the uhh... interesting cache container ToungeOut.

Definitely a nice hike to get to this one. I wish there was more forest caches in the city. We have enough little foresty sections for them. But... that aside, this at least fulfilled some of my lust for wandering through the forests. I liked the fact that it was a good ways into the forest too... took a good bit of hiking to get to it Smile.

Took: Nothing
Left: Logbook entry and chainmail ball
