I was able to find the original container although it was in very bad shape. I have adopted this cache and it is now back where it used to be. Hidden in it are a some of the articles that were recovered from the original cache.

Quickly stopped by this cache while with the "Falling Into The Forest" event cachers. As I had already found it in the past, I knew where it'd be, so I hung back and let it be found by others. If I'm not mistaken though, Junglehair found this one . I was mildly worried that I might get some wet feet going after this one, but it was surprisingly dry, especially after the damp, drizzly days that we had for the past week.

So everyone signed up the logbook, and back it was placed. Probsbly now has a pretty packed trail leading up to it though, after having like... a dozen people all walk to it in quick succession . At least being in the trees, we were kept out of the wind too .

Decided to make it a 2-for-1 and went after this cache immediately after having tackled the "blitzing this one" cache a little to the East. Doubled back a bit and headed towards this one. Despite many of the logs indicating that they were getting soaked, tons of water, and other similar logs... I came and left the cache with dry feet . This is desite the fact that it was even raining today to boot.

Man, it's like whenever you want to do some bog-caching, everything is bone-dry .

The hike into the forest however... was still awesome. Got a really nice picture of a cache of a bullrush-filled pond, that had a park bench facing it. It was quite a beautiful sight, and I sat back there and relaxed until the mosquitoes drove me off .

Took me a few minutes to find the cache once I got to the cache site too. I didn't really stay in one place to look around however, since the mosquitoes were absolutely insane today. I did however prevail, and found the cache. I wasn't able to sign much in the logbook (in fact, I abbreviated "chainmail ball" to "C.B.") since I was only able to write about 2 letters before I had to stop to swat away about 5 or so mosquitoes from my arms and neck . Quickly putting it back I left with what remained of my blood supply. Thanks for the nice hike through the forest though .
