Not entirely sure how you define "winter accessible", but in the location that I found the cache... I can pretty well guarantee that after a good snowfall (not the freezing slush-rain last night) that it'll be quite unobtainable. Then again... I could easily be wrong. The... umm... big, kinda noisy thing might throw off heat for all I know (never really touched it), or the vegetation nearby could give it enough shelter to be winter accessible... who knows. Or maybe the cache is just hidden in a slightly wrong spot, I dunno. I put it back where I found it, in either case... hope it's correct, and available through the cold, miserablinnipeg months .

Took me a minute to find it when I got there though. Strangely, there was several keys on a neck-lanyard dangling from the picnic table there... so that kinda threw off my attention. Oooohhh... shiny . But yeah... quick find thereafter.
