Easy short walk. Micro too small for pencil - if you forget one - go back to your vehicle and get it. You may get BLUE with cold at this one - Willy did. Willy is our 75th hide. Wind chill is the apparent temperature felt on exposed skin due to the combination of air temperature and wind speed. Funnny note: My parents used to call it the "windshield factor" misunderstanding the word chill. Listen sometime and see if you can hear this... SIGN ON ONE LINE PLEASE. DATE AND Shortened name...ONE LINE. example 1Q4J 5/2/07. Why you ask? So we don't have to replace the logsheets as often.

Victory! Decided to quickly run over and snag this new cache while I was out caching for the day. Just finished tackling several puzzle caches when I figured I'd end the day with a traditional. Ahh, traditionals. We need more of that type.

But... I'm getting side-tracked. On with the cache!

Drove up to the general site, and pulled up to the side of the rode. Clicking my hazard lights on, I stepped out of the car. Unfortunately, I had depleted my supply of Safeway-brand instant winter boots, but given this was the last cache I was planning on tackling today, I figured I'd just let snow get into my shoes, and let 'em dry out at home.

But luck was with me! Footprints from a previous cacher trudge through the snow for me! On I went. I still got snow in my shoes... but far less, at least . I arrived at the coordinates... and realized that I had forgotten my gloves in the car... 25 meters and one big snowdrift away from me. Hoping I could find it easily, I dug around bare-handed in the snow, finding nothing. Thinking I'm missing something obvious, I headed back to the car to get my gloves, and check cachemate.

At which point, I remembered the razorblade-thinly-veiled hint in the cache description after re-reading it.

Out I went again, gloves in hand (or rather, on hand). I was still about 10 meters away when the aformentioned thinly-veiled hint I was keeping an eye out for came into view. Nice hide! Kabuthunk likey .

The logscroll was a touch hard to get out of there, but after whacking it upside-down on my hand, I got a finger on it. One micromail ball and signing later, and the cache was back at it's original location. Very creative .
