South End Water Pollution Control Center. One of 3 such centers for the city. Also found in the area is a Model Airport and a winter snow dump. At each cache log a number between 1 and 49. The set of 6 numbers from the 6 caches form your entry into the draw. It is important that you log your number into the physical cache log and your online log. The last draw took place on September 15, 2006. If you found some but not all of the caches prior to this date, you can continue building an entry by visiting the remaining caches. If you were entered into the drawing after finding all 6 caches and wish to enter the next drawning, simply revisit each of the caches and log a new number in the logbook and online. Next drawing date to be determined.

Ahh... the forest cache that I've been wanting to go after for quite some time has finally fallen to my... GPS... or something . Took a long time to do, too... since I biked the entire way here. Basically... went from Bishop Grandin and Pembina (approx. where I live), all the way down Pembina, and down the Perimeter to St. Mary's, where I took that crappy gravel road the rest of the way. The extra hard part was hiking my bike with me into the bushes .

Saw some interesting things on the way, too. First up... on the way towards the cache, I saw footprints in the dirt, which I can only assume were Raptor footprints (see picture). Then relatively nearby, I saw something completely unrelated to it... a goose sitting on a nest. I actually didn't even see it until I was about 6 feet from it.

It hissed at me .

So, I carefully slipped past and left it as undisturbed as possible (well, I took a picture of it though... see pic #2). Shortly thereafter... a cache was in my hands . Thanks for a nice hike out in the bushes. T'was indeed an adventure.

Although... warning for the next cachers going after this... there ARE raptors about. Watch yourself .
