Found it 10/24/2006 by Kabuthunk
Quite an easy find on this one. Although, I'm not 100% sure, but I think I may have accidentally put the date in the actual logbook there as the 23rd, not the 24th. Well... it'll still be in order of who found it when regardless, so no issues caused thereof if I did make a mistake.

However, there's a distinct possibility that I singlehandedly saved this cache from being destroyed. As I was wandering towards the area, some park-cleanup guy was driving around from patch of trees to patch of trees, looking for garbage. Luckly, I spotted the find pretty well instantly as I walked close, and at that particular moment, said cleaning-guy was starting to pull up to that patch. I grabbed the cache and wandered out, just kinda sauntering around. Ended up eating an orange I happened to have with me to make it look like I was just relaxing for a quick lunch in the park... getting fresh air and such. It was a nice enough day today that that might actually be plausable ToungeOut.

In either case, said guy darted into the bushes... pretty much directly towards where the cache was, and grabbed several pieces of garbage and hauled it out to his truck. I waited a few minutes and he quickly took off to the next patch. Cache safely in hand, I signed it, gave it some chainmail ball (wish I had more time to look around... this cache was PACKED with all kinds of stuff), and placed it back in it's spot again. HOORAY! Hope I saved this fella from an unpleasant fate Smile.

Took: Nothing
Left: Logbook entry and chainmail ball
