Ok, so here's what you can do with this. As a team, you use it on monsters. Like that's all kinds of awesome, your game might get crazy, but like if you're prepared for it, it's going to be a wild ride. Now, putting it on a monster... this could something awesome for a DM to throw at you. There's just... y'know... a chance that you'll receive a card. Make a Will save XD And yah that's basically about it to be honest. It's the harrow deck, which is comical to begin with, and yah just put this in the hands of your players for the winning play.
