Before images of woodsmen and voyageurs heading northward fill your mind, its really all about my brother-in-law's 50th birthday at Hillside Beach. Its a quick and easy drive up cache filled with party items like balloons, candles and 1.50 pesos (it may buy you a stick of gum). This can be a busy place sometimes so patience may be required to retrieve. Small camoed lock'n'lock container with a FTF card.

Well, I think that as of the moment, this cache is officially the furthest one I've gotten from my home location ToungeOut. Was attending a friend's birthday party at this Hillside Beach area (or whatever this scattering of cabins is called), and decided to check if there was any geocaches nearby. As luck would have it, there was two in the vicinity, and this one was the closest to the cabin in question.

Off we went (we being myself and my friend Night-Red), walking about 900 meters from the cabin up to this cache. Luckly, there was virtually noone around (except someone walking their dogs down the road, but they paid us no attention, and we did likewise with them ToungeOut). A quick search led us to the cache location. Unfortunately, the weather was ever so slowly starting to turn against us, and the drizzle was beginning to come down, so I didn't write much in the logbook. A quick sentence, a name, a chainmail ball, and off we went! If we hurried, we'd be able to make the second cache before getting wet.

But thanks for giving me something to hunt for while way out here where I may not have an opportunity to visit a second time Smile.

Took: Nothing
Left: Logbook entry and chainmail ball
