27/10/2006 By Kabutroid Whew. Talk about bystanders all over the place, if not in cars, then on bikes or jogging. Upon first arrival, it took me all of 20 seconds to figure out where the cache had to be. Unfortunately, the next 15 or so were spent attempting to inconspicuously obtain it. Well... at least it was easy enough to look like I was leaning there, enjoying the sun while people were around. Of course, the sun is in the exact wrong position when I get there, so whenever I tried to make a quick pull-up-and-grab, the sun blinded me and I couldn't see a thing. Three tries in, I spotted it's exact location, to be able to quickly grab it on the next.
Noticing that there is some wear-and-tear happening to the umm... hiding spot, so for my entire cache-grabbing, I used purely arm-strength to get at it. Probably for the best I weigh like... about 130 pounds (yay for being a twig!) But quite a unique hiding spot. At least there was several points where there was no traffic or people. Although, at one opportunity, a jogger was slooooowly coming and going when there was no cars. Bah, way to ruin the opportunity .
