Decided to go after this cache with some friends right after having tackled the "Makin' a splash" cache nearby. Parked on a nearby street and wandered over, looking for anywhere that might be suitable to hide a cache.
So, upon arriving at the approximate coordinates, I began looking in suitable locations... which typically involved either my hands getting scratched, or me crawling into dense, bushy areas that are quite difficult to get around inside of  .
After about 5 minutes of floundering around, I decided to break down and pull out my palm-pilot. After checking out the hint (extraordinarily useful, by the way... without giving away too much ), I immediately walked towards where I figured it must be hidden. It turns out I was correct  . After extracting the cache container, we gave it a quick signing (signed as "Kabuthunk et al", as there wasn't enough room on the side of the page we were writing on) and lobbed in a micromail ball. Cache #299... the last of the 200's .
