YAY FOR FOREST CACHES! Man, I was on a roll today with forest caches. After tackling the 'Bush Blitz' and 'Donner and Blitz en', I looked on the GPS to see what other caches were nearby. Lo and behold, this one showed up. Made in Canada... hmm... sounds intriguing. I started out by parking in some weird gravel parking lot to a park just east of the cache, but quickly realized that there appeared to be a barbed-wire fence just past the road. So... I hightailed it back to the car and drove around looking for a better entrance.

And it appears that there's several trailheads leading into the vicinity. Parking on a nearby residential road (I highly prefered this to the park's parking lot by the more major road. For some reason, I feel safer if it's parked in residential areas), I headed outwards. Although, I really wish I had followed the 'main' trail for longer before going down a 'medium' trail leading towards the cache in general... because that quickly turned into a 'small' trail, and then an 'animal' trail. *sigh* why do the paths always elude me, no matter how much I try to stay on them? Well... eventually got to the cache area, and found the main path to take me back Smile.

Kinda hope the cache container will survive winter though. Was kinda worried about that when I got there.

Took: Nothing
Left: Logbook entry and chainmail ball
