All it takes is faith, trust, and pixie dust

Tinkerbell, Abby's alter-ego, and her obsession per-se. Her collection started with that Tinkerbell sitting on a spool of thread, and, much like any closetted trans person, has not gotten the chance to get too big. Her sister gifted her the Tinkerbell kneeling on a box, she got the Tinkerbell on a heart, and I gifted her the Tinkerbell on a Ukrainian Easter egg. There's not a whole lot more that she's collected over time, a wig, an outfit or two, there's that wine glass and enamel pin, but it is precious to her. To share a bit of intimacy, when I first moved to England, she was heartbroken in that the wings on her first Tinkerbell had come loose and fallen off, and was SO incredibly happy when I reattached them. I love her, she loves me, she loves Tinkerbell, and we both love Tinkerbell.

Now, about a year or so after getting to England, she had heard that I hadn't seen any of the Tinkerbell movies! I might have caught glimpses of them pre-transition, but had never seen one in full. So she determined that I needed to see them, and we did watch one at that time. She told me though that she didn't have any other dvds, and she wasn't even sure if they were possible to get at this time. Well, you know what I did, me being the computer-saavy one, I jumped right onto that there internet and hunted down a used copy for her soon-coming birthday at the time. And when she opened that, she was both in awe and loving surprise that I had been able to find the full set of all 6! So yes, we binge-watched them all nearly back to back ❤️

And then, sometime after that, just on a whim I decided to see if there was any Tinkerbell plushies out there that I could get for her. Like... I knew I'd probably find *something*, but this one was actually by Disney, which was awesome. If at all possible, she does like the ones officially produced by Disney, so she was much happy with that ^_^

And that's about where the collection sits at the moment. Now, it's extremely safe to say that more will be coming down the road, so they'll be added below when we come across them ❤️
